Jane has twelve years experience working in the public sector at various levels, followed by a further fourteen years experience as an Independent Consultant, specialising in Management Development and Equality within the public sector.

She holds a number of qualifications, including the Certificate of Social Service, a Further and Adult Education Teacher’s Certificate, a Diploma in Training Management (passed with Distinction), a Diploma in Business Excellence (EFQM) and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute for Training and Occupational Learning, she has been published in an academic text book (“Organizational Change and Development”, R. Hamlin et al [eds], Prentice Hall, 2000), and also regularly writes for the “Training Journal”.
